Membership of Mildura-Coomealla Cycling Club is obtained by joining Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club (CMSC) and then taking out membership of the CMSC Cycling Intra-Club. Information on CMSC fees is available at  It will be necessary to visit CMSC to register  with CMSC if you are not already a member. Application forms are available on the website listed above. If you are already a CMSC member, registering with the Cycling Intra-Club can be done over the phone.

M-CCC membership  is not valid until the prescribed fees have been paid to CMSC.

CMSC membership must be renewed on an annual basis. CMSC memberships expire on 30th September each year.

Race participation is governed by the requirement to hold a Cycling Australia (CA) Race Licence at either Regional or Open / Elite level. CA Race Licences are available online through the CA website -  Select Membership and follow the prompts. Select your State as South Australia and your club as Mildura-Coomealla Cycling Club.

Select the Licence catagory that best suits your needs. A Regional Licence enables you to race in any event held at a regional venue. If you wish to compete in State or National Championships, you can upgrade your licence to Open or Elite on payment of an additional fee. You will need to phone Cycling Australia to organise this. If it is your intention to race in Metropolotan events or in State or National Championships on a regular basis, you should purchase an Elite or Open Licence in the first instance.

The cost of a Masters Regional Race Licence to a member of M-CCC is currently $168.49 (as at 20/1/2019).

Holders of a CA Ride+ Licence are eligible to participate in "Club Level" Time Trial events.

Race Starter Kits are available from Cycling Australia for riders who want to try racing and who have never held a Race Licence previously. For around $50, this product for 2 months of unlimited racing in club-hosted races.

Also available are Race One Week memberships. These are available to anyone, even if they have previously held a CA Race LIcence. The Race One Week licence provides the full benefits of racing membership for 7 days for under $40. The seven days commences on the date of purchase.

Race participants are to carry a MyLaps transponder. New members may be loaned one of the club transponders for a few races, but must then lease a transponder from MyLaps. Go to  for information and to take out a lease. Lease periods vary from 1 year to several years. Once you have your transponder you need to activate it on a computer. Riders can swap their transponder between their own bikes, but cannot loan their transpoinder to another rider as each transponder is registered to the rider in the Orbits software.
