Seniors - 16 km Time Trial (2 laps)  &  40 km Handicap Road Race

Juniors - 8 km Time Trial (1 lap)   &  24 km Handicap Road Race

Road Race to commence approximately 30 minutes after completion of Time Trial.

Time trial bikes or aero bars permitted.
